This contract position is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who thrive working from home and enjoy the flexibility of a Monday through Friday schedule. As a valued remote SLP, you’ll provide essential speech and language services to K-12 students while enjoying the freedom to design your workday and select caseloads that fit your strengths.
Key Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state licensure as required for providing school-based services
Experience with remote/virtual therapy platforms preferred
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
Tech savvy; access to reliable internet and up-to-date computer
Previous school setting experience strongly desired
Ability to engage students virtually and collaborate with educational teams
Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments and therapy for students in grades K-12
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to develop and implement IEPs
Maintain detailed documentation for all student interactions and progress
Develop creative, individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
Attend virtual meetings as required and communicate regularly with school staff
Adapt strategies as needed based on student progress and feedback
